The pictures selected may not be superimposed, cut or joined to other pictures nor may the integrity of the pictures themselves be damaged, in any way. Likewise, words or other symbols that might substantially change the object or significance of the picture may not be associated with the pictures.
No manipulation is permitted, including redimensioning, extrapolation of details, altering the quality.
Any use that can be related to any form whatsoever of pornography is absolutely forbidden.
It is absolutely forbidden to lend, hire out, sell any picture, as well as its transfer to cd. Bbs or use in any other form whatsoever of on-line service.
It is absolutely forbidden to use the pictures for other purposes without authorization on the part of Nico S.r.l. Should the user desire to use the pictures for purposes other than study or exclusively personal use or should the user wish to have a higher resolution print, he must contact Nico S.r.l. (Via Giacinto Collegno, 46/bis 10138 Torino Italy) directly.
The pictures that can be consulted on this website come from Nico S.r.l.

The pictures in the site belong to all effects to Nico S..r.l. and through Nico S.r.l. to the respective owners. Nico S.r.l. oversees and safeguards any traditional reproduction and/or hire that may ensue. The pictures are protected by copyright laws (subsequently, also “copyright”) throughout the world in conformity with the copyright laws.

It is absolutely forbidden to use the Nico Nico-design and DERAPAGE marks as meta-tags (key words) for websites.

Anyone wishing to activate links and deep-links to this site must have written authorization from Nico S.r.l., which will always and in any case retain the unappealable right to request at any time the removal and/or modification of links activated with its own site. Nico S.r.l. guarantees that all links with external sites managed by third parties present in their website have all been authorized by the respective owners or, in any case, in the absence of explicit refusal. Nico S.rl. is of course not responsible for the correct functioning of the links to external sites nor the contents of these sites.

Responsibility

Nico S.r.l. can in no way be held responsible for any damage or inconvenience direct or indirect which may derive to the user during consultation of its site nor for any malfunctioning, interruption, error in transmission or link to the site itself whatsoever.
